A Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled for January 17, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. in the conference room of Raspet Flight Research Laboratory located at 114 Airport Road, Starkville, MS 39759.
Minority and women’s business enterprises are solicited to bid on this contract as prime contractors and are encourage to make inquiries regarding potential subcontracting opportunities, equipment, materials and/or supply needs. This project is being funded in part by the Appalachian Regional Commission (ARC) Grant MS#20610 and the rules and regulations therein apply.
Bid preparation will be in accordance with Instructions to Bidders bound in the Project Manual. Mississippi State University reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids. NOTE: Telephones and desks will not be available for bidders use at the bid site.
